Your first visit to Palmetto Plastic Surgery Skin Care Clinic will include a complimentary consultation consisting of a through skin analysis, medical history, and your skin concerns.  You will learn how to best care for your skin, improve your appearance and maintain your skin’s health.An individualized corrective program will be designed for you using a combination of non-invasive skin procedures, cosmeceuticals, and prescriptive medicines if needed.  This alone is what sets us apart from spas or over the counter treatments. Cosmeceuticals offer a higher concentration of medical grade ingredients to ensure maximal effectiveness of your home regimen. We utilize pharmaceutical medications in combination with mechanical/chemical treatments available only in physician offices.  Our goal is to keep your skin in balance, nourished and protected from the sun’s harmful rays.

Skin Treatments

All of our skin care treatments are designed to give visible results. They will effectively help to reduce the depth of surface lines, smooth rough skin texture, help fade brown spots and assist in clearing acne and blemished skin. The naturally occurring AHAs (fruit acids) and beta hydroxy acids in the treatments will loosen the dead cells from the skin's surface. This allows the healthier skin cells to come through, giving a smoother texture to your skin and a glowing, radiant appearance.  The collagen infused mask and ultrasound treatments help to replenish and stimulate collagen production.  Microdermabrasion uses fine crystals to remove the outer layer of skin cells.  A series of microderm treatments can result in improving skin texture, diminishing fine lines and dark spots on the skin. There is minimal or no downtime involved in the following medical skin care treatments.
